What UPVCLeads is

UPVCLeads, run by Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd, is a marketplace that connects people looking for uPVC windows and doors with fabricators who make them. We are not a fabricator, installer, or manufacturer ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a fabricator you're connected with.

If you're submitting an enquiry

By submitting the enquiry form, you agree that your details may be shared with fabricators covering your product and area, and that they may contact you directly (by WhatsApp or phone) about your enquiry.

We match you with fabricators we've verified through a document and registration review — see how we verify — but we don't guarantee the quality, pricing, or timely completion of any work a fabricator does for you. Any agreement you reach with a fabricator is between you and them.

If you're registering as a fabricator

You must provide accurate information, including a genuine GST certificate. We review registrations before approval and may reject or later suspend an account, including for inaccurate information, GSTIN mismatches, or complaints from customers we've connected you with.

Approval isn't permanent — accounts can be suspended if we have reason to believe the information provided was inaccurate or the account is being misused.

What's not allowed

Submitting fake enquiries, registering with false business information, or using either the enquiry form or fabricator registration to harvest contact details for unrelated purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
