How we verify fabricators

Every page on this site that mentions a "verified fabricator" means the same specific thing — here's exactly what that involves.

1. Registration

A fabricator provides their firm name, a real contact person and phone number, their city, their GSTIN, and which states and products they actually deal in.

2. Document check

Registration requires uploading a GST certificate. We check that the file itself is genuinely a PDF or image — not just trusting what it claims to be — and it's stored securely, visible only to us during review, never publicly.

3. Manual review

A real person reviews the registration and the uploaded certificate before approving it. A firm only starts receiving enquiries after that approval.

4. Phone verification for enquiries too

It's not just fabricators — anyone submitting an enquiry has their phone number verified with a one-time code before it's shared with any fabricator, so the leads fabricators receive are real people, not spam.

What "verified" doesn't mean

We check that a fabricator is a real, GST-registered business with a real contact person. We don't independently inspect their workmanship, and any agreement or work you do with them is between you and them — see our terms.
